Am a credit manager in the IDFC first Bharat for past 1.5 years.I feeling so comfortable zone in this company and work balance life is very good. Company will be providing more opportunities to grow up to the next level. Boss and super Boss are in Friendly manner. Simply very safe and secure job

I joined with IFBL recently, Since my joining my training sessions and branch operations sessions are going very well. All the staffs are friendly in nature and also not rushing with our work. Still now it's going very well and also very happy to wor In IFBL family.

More work less money that's concept I was need. Working time (6Am to 11Pm) is very bad really very bad. Because I'm a married person, my native is Batlagundu, me and my wife stay in kannapalaiyam, after I'm going to the office, my wife stay lonely. More then 3 times I was noticed to relocate my place, but no response so I was resaining my job.
