Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

Company Culture is not good. Everyone is threatening everyone because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water.
