Company Culture is not good. Everyone is threatening everyone because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as perbanks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have....Read More

Work life balance is terrible. You will be insulted to the core if you don't do sales. No respect given to people in front line sales and those who are at individual roles if sales target is not met. If you achieve the target you will be treated as a king.
