There is no system of work under this bank. HR policy is pathetic. If you complain regarding your boss making some dirty remark against you that doesn't get solved. RH and reporting manager tells big thing but they don't have any sense to work. System gets lags everyday. Bosses are corrupt and all are from ground level. Doesn't knowhow to handle people. Talking nonsense everytime and passing personal remarks and doing politics. Doesn't have any idea of their job, products, system and software. Work like NBFC culture. No system. No job security. No respect. Poor HR policy. More employee turnover ratio in whole banking industry. Best talents going for different banks. No support from your boss. He will only make call when he's in deep trouble and to frustrate you. Even at night time. Feel to leave job every next day....Read More

As we all know the company is new in banking industry so they try to prove something different by common trend in industry. But the fact is, they hired all old people from same industry even though the febo of previous organisation is not yet Overon their mind. They copied other products & policy but not able to copied appetite the other organisation. Results frustration in organisation occurred & negative comparison with well established organisation which creates failure as on their expectations. Still not working as market required booster of banking industry. They more conservative mood now. May merger will help them to grow.
