I am a Covid19 survivor now. Zero support from company . I was forced to leaved the job on the name of protocol. I requested me and my family members were infected.during the phase I was not able to put a mail. But communicated to HR anyhow during my isolation day. Then to was forced to leave the job. Zero support from manager. Alsodidn't got the payment for the days I worked during WFH. Very poor work culture slot of discrimination between employee in providing CTC , other benefits . Zero assistance by mangers HR at end impose their decisions on name if protocol . Hiring their ex colleagues making groups and treating others in very bad way during Covid 19.

Very miserable travelling no reimbursement facility was given to me but my other team members used to quote huge money. Discrimination biased behaviour by managers.

Upper management is pathetic "no personnel life for you" is there motto you will have to work on weekend on leave even when you are sick. Due to which there is high attrition ratio.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
