In beginning it looks a good company but now i understand they only lure you with theee high packages but they only want sales and sales in any condition. There working strategy is to get what hugher management wants them to do.

Dislikes

There working strategy and work model. Working with idfc is like working in a door to door sales company, where you have to do door to door banking to visit random people's house and ask them to start banking with idfc on a random basis. They really have to invest in advertisement part instead of just giving incentives to there employees so that it would be easy to creat a image in market.
