Sorry for the rating but what I faced challenge over in this company is pathetic experience I had. Here they hire company payroll employees and rest is third party payroll. Mine was Hinduja Global Solutions i worked there for 8 months no growth opportunities for the third party payroll employees, No leave management, never had HR meets, if you have good relation with TL then the leave can be approved and if you take any UPL that also not consider as PL. It's been a 3 months I haven't received my FnF, even though I requested them since 20days to give me relieving letter so that I can show in future co. Just bcz of them I have been unemployment 1month. IDFC first bank says always first for their customers bt never thought abt there employees especial those are under third party payroll....Read More

No professionalism in their Team Lead, Manager etc. They what their work only by hook or crook

Idfc bank best thing is about the incentive structure. Second one thing is working time is also best.

There very less chances to get promotion here , I have seen people are working here for more than 3-4 years not getting promotion. Also there is lack of backing to employees by their seniors (head) .

Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

In sales work life balance is not present. Even in other products as well company culture is average, very aggressive for customer service to give results which is making employees feel frustrated due to work load and unable to manage work life balance. Too frequent changes in organisation is also affecting employees growth working hard from many years.

There is no work life balance , lack of guidance, no learning curve, you have wait post shift hours daily!!! login hrs are more than 12 hrs also your weekoff will get cancelled at any moment and they ask to manage weekoff later it means yiu are working continuously 7 days with no work off!!
