I’ve been with IDFC First Bank for over a year now, and the learning curve has been great. The leadership here really encourages growth and pushes you to take on new challenges. The work can be demanding, but I love that I’m constantly learning something new. Plus, my team has been incredibly supportive, which makes even the tough days easier to handle.

Company Culture is not good. Everyone is threatening everyone because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. Work life balance is terrible. You will be insulted to the core if you don't do sales. No respect given to people in front line sales and those who are at individual roles if sales target is not met. If you achieve the target you will be treated as a king.
