Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

Only Incentive structure was good last year. But from this FY that has also being demolished. Only BO is happy as they were getting yearly bonus apart from monthly incentive.
Management decision about Products. They should allocate products variants according to the geography. Also Sales Manager should be there primary focus as they are the bridge between ground staff and management. But Sales Managers are only questioned all the time. Branch Managers only give instructions to SM but when it comes to appreciation, they take all but not give the credit to SM. And CH doesn't understand this point of view. Also there are only virtual trainings which isn't effective at all. Alteast twice in a year SM shiuld be asked for a training in a region. This helps to boost up there confidence. Many rights has been taken from SM in branch such as MS Excel, TCS view rights etc.. Due to this many things which can help in building Sales relationship doesn't work. For all such things SM has to beg Ops team and BM for support. There is not a single platform where SM can directly talk to concerned team for resolving the problems, no one from Backened team pick up phone for quick solution. SFDC is the weakest in this Bank.
