Bank working culture is worst and bank pressure is misleading to misselling of product like insurance, no proper support from HR and Top level management, they are treating employees like slave and lack of concentration on service part, No job secure, employees are fed up working in IDFC also no proper system and access to track or reach to backend team.

There very less chances to get promotion here , I have seen people are working here for more than 3-4 years not getting promotion. Also there is lack of backing to employees by their seniors (head) .

Starting from the HR till the Unit heads everyone is only driving unethical sales and lest to think about the employees. Tremendous pressure for sales. Very rude and unprofessional behavior executed by the management.

If the reporting manager is good, then everything is fine. Luckily, I had a great manager; the bonding with all the team members was good, and everything was going well. The new manager doesn’t know anything at all, so what can you learn from him? That's why I have submitted my resignation.

If we look at all the banks, there’s nothing to dislike. If you have to give a dislike, I can say that no one knows how employees get rated.

Company Culture is not good. Everyone is threatening everyone because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. Work life balance is terrible. You will be insulted to the core if you don't do sales. No respect given to people in front line sales and those who are at individual roles if sales target is not met. If you achieve the target you will be treated as a king.
