Hierarchy based company it has been. Some seniors in the same company for more then 10 years have the rights to do anything or tell anything bad about the juniors or employees below them and company only listens to them. Like a college or school where principal trust only the teacher and not the students. They should understand that this is workplace and everyone are equal
