Ideal Financial Holdings Limited has a friendly working environment. Salary levels are very attractive and clearly above industry average. Travel and training opportunities are high. Little week-end working demands and this enhances favorable family life. There is little room for innovation and one has to persevere to introduce changes to improve sound corporate strategies. One's political background has little impact on decision making and the overall Boss is indifferent to employees' political affiliations. Work Details

Work life at Ideal is demanding as evident by high targets settings. Loan and Placement customers do not abide by repayment programs and would have to be pursued vigorously to ensure compliance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
