Dislikes everything: The seniors/leaders lack domain and technical knowledge. All employees are non technical they don't have IT degree. They are unable to provide solutions for basic tasks due to their limited expertise. Employees are required to work every day from Sunday to Saturday, with 20 to 21 hours of sitting daily.
