All my responses are based on my experiences with the company. I am employed with ICON and working on a FSP model to some other company. The experiences till date is satisfactory enough. For my profile, the best thing that I liked is the travel policy ICON has.

Dislikes

Again can't say much but I would say that a little proactive news towards the outsourced FSP employees will benefit in terms of IT systems. Rest I am fine with everything.

Icon allows us to maintain our work-life balance and learning new skills it will help to develop ourselves. Employes's can use variety of benefits like work from options, transportation and free food. Icon offers competitive salary along with more benefits for the employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing dislike about working with Icon, however I find that four-days Formals are little challenging.

Certification sponsor is not available, learning curve is limited to the project. Need to bring latest technologies like cloud development, micro services etc. Perks and benefits are less when compared to other companies like Star Performance Award, Yearly goodies, Stocks, etc.

Every company / organization would have some or the other which people would dislike. It could be people you work with or anything like that. IT does apply to ICON as well, but it has not made any great impact in my career growth, as I have very good friends, leaders and managers here at ICON. So nothing makes me feel disliked about ICON.

Very cooperative and friendly work environment with good opportunities to learn in suitable way but the supreme cherry on top is work life balance as it is on par with any other company or organization on this planet.
