Compensation and other allowances are decent but growth is really slow. The Work culture is not so friendly, no boundaries between your professional-personal life and you can always be asked to work on holidays (national holidays too).

There is no work life balance. There is no opportunities for growth. The team leadership is really old school with traditional thoughts and views on how to run an organisation. The culture is extremely toxic for today’s day and age. No wonder their retention rate is so high.
