A major part of the organization is young..you get to work with young people. The seniors are very supportive. Very motivating.. culture is amazing. Even inside your work area, you can laugh giggle, have fun, sing songs, celebrate birthdays and no body will judge you. It is much common thing. Teams are big. This makes working fun.

Dislikes

If you are employed here on a third party payroll, things are difficult. You are asked to do everything and your seniors chill and relax. This will boil your blood. You won't be paid fair. You will be required to work in shadows. You reporting manager takes all the credit. You can avoid this by having good relations with the seniors. And always being a part of all the extra curricular activities.
