I worked in bancahome vertical, And unfortunately it was not a positive experience for me. I faced challenges with the work culture. Where I felt a lack a support from my team and senior management. Instant of encouragement, I often experienced demotivation. Additionally I encountered interference in my personal metter, Which made the work environment uncomfortable. As a female employee, I did not feel secure or supporte, and ultimately, I was pressured to resign. The work culture is very poor. My experience with managers Prem Rawat and Ashinder Tickko from Noida has been very negative. They never support employees and only put pressure on them. These managers assigned employees to branches that are 40 km away from their residences, likely with the intention of causing employees to resign.

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

I left the organisation for the Two reason One is Mr.Mandeep singh who's trying to exploits the employees and try to become father of the employees like shouting abusing insulting regrading the employees. Second things what he do is usually he shares the fake reports to his super bosses. And have not given the rating

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.
