Job security is very good as d it's a good and well esteem organization to work with and learning and skill development wise it's good.

Dislikes

No work life balance and huge pressure, no support and socially SME team is not good. HR support is not much supportive.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
