There is no specified working timing of the company just its mentioned on the board outside the office as a formal procedure. Even after too much work the higher authorities like HL, GL & TL are not satisfied. Worst work environment. Performance rating is not given as per the performance instead of that it is given to the someone who does brown-nosing with the boss. During notice period they keep employee irritating by switching his location weekly or monthly. Harsh language is always used while working without any reason. The company doing its work by keeping aside IRDAI rules as surveys above 50K are also done by the in-house surveyor. Remuneration is negligible as we compare with the work load.
