1. Nepotism, misconduct by some flag bearers. 2.Fair transparent and meritocracy wildly abused. 3. Lack of trust. 4. Non-Governance and no solution to problems being faced at times. At last no vote of thanks even to employees who spent half of their lives in the organisation to bring in best results.
