Not much scope of improvising or coming up with ideas. It's more like the decision is pre-decided.

Work culture is great, not seen it in other companies I worked for. No one is asked to do overtime and efforts are made to reduce workload if overallocated. Company policies are good.

Salary structure incurs too much tax, revision of salary structure for employees to benefit out of it more will be great.
