There is no one is your senior in this company. because they are hire person only when he have lots of project. after some projects done bosses are forgot they are owner of the company. They are not available any time.

There is no one is your senior in this company. because they are hire person only when they have lots of projects. sometimes bosses are gone away, they are forgot about ownership and ext. after some days they are asking for update, employees say that I have tried to reach you on skype, slack, whatsapp, but you not answered my query so project are hanged. boss says it is not my responsibility , we have hired and paid you. Give me result. employees says can you confirm this confusion with the client , boss says - please reach to HR, she can help you. HR says I can not handle technical things, please give me readymade doc, so we can share it with client, employee give them doc, after a week same scenes happens again, and at last employees fires without notice. disaster moments - one of the employee have to penalty, if they do not wear kurtas on diwali....Read More
