the lack of coordination among team members, couple with a toxic work environment, makes this company a challenging place to thrive. reporting issues from junior to senior levels is met with abuse, including personal attacks on family. the invasive surveillance, such as HDMI connections and constant camera monitoring, create a stressful atmosphere. forced Sunday work and the threat of termination for minor mistake further add to pressure. the approval department, especially with individual like DM bhai and Stephen, seems particularly problematic, and same HR Arif and PA shadab are also danger and job security is virtually nonexistent, with abrupt firings being a constant conrcern....Read More
