As a brewery plant manufacturing copmpany they put beer in their annual party, only that is I can say the good fact the employee does like.

The most terrible thing in Hypro that no job security, anytime management (only 2 people in the management) will say u r fired. You can not learn there as everything has made standard you just have to do copy-paste with the reference of earlier projects. No happy culture is there, every body works under pressure that any time u will get fired and in office, there's always a negative environment.
