IPO Lead / SME Board Specialist

• Leading and managing the IPO process for the Hypro Engineers Pvt. Ltd., particularly for listing
  on the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) board.
• Serving as the single point of contact for all IPO-related activities, acting as the primary liaison
  between the company, underwriters, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing the preparation of necessary documentation, including the Draft Red Herring
  Prospectus (DRHP), regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with SEBI (Securities and
  Exchange Board of India) regulations.
• Coordinating due diligence activities, including financial audits, legal checks, and governance
  reviews.
• Ensuring the readiness of the company for the IPO by working on corporate governance
  standards, financial transparency, and reporting structures.
• Managing communication and coordination with all parties involved in the IPO process, such as
  the legal team, bankers, auditors, and consultants.
• Addressing issues that arise during the listing process and ensuring a smooth transition from
  private to public status.

• Experience: 8 to 12 years, specifically in managing IPOs and public listings, with a deep
  understanding of the SME board listing process.
• Education: Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or business administration. Additional certifications in securities laws or corporate finance could be an advantage.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of securities regulations, corporate governance, and financial analysis.

• Proven track record of having worked on at least one or more successful SME board IPOs.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the regulatory landscape.
• Ability to manage a high-pressure process with a focus on timelines and compliance.
