There is nothing to like about this company. Terrible work culture, worst people to work with, lowest perks & benefits in industry, no appraisal. If a person wants work-life-balance & maintain his/her self-respect, then that person should join any kher company in the world except Hyosung.

Teammates are supportive and the senior is good person. There is maintenance area of boiler plant. Company policy's are good and good salary hike and free transportation and canteen available.

No respect for India people and no authority given at any level. Company investment lot on Korean staff but for Indian cost cutting.. Incentive and Increment is non predictable. Apart from Salary no welfare for employees No food and transport for office staff. Etc
