Engineer - Installation & Commissioning Team

Role & responsibilities:

Exhaustive knowledge on GIS erection /IS Standards.

Study and understand SLD, layout & detail assembly drawing of GIS.

Inspection of GIS Materials as per Packing List.

Centre line marking and level analyzing for CB placement.

Erection of GIS compartment as per approved drawing.

GIS compartment alignment checking as per layout.

Cleaning, Inspection, silica gel replacement & vacuuming of erected gas compartments.

Sf6 GD monitor fixing and gas filling as per GSLD.

Analyze the issue come during execution and take corrective measures as per sop.

Support in testing of Gas compartment like CRM, SF6 analysis, Leakage testing, GD Monitor testing & HV Testing.

System check before HV testing and substation charging.

Service & maintenance work at GIS substation.

Manage project Cost, Scope, Schedule and can communicate daily status with reports.

Communicate with Factory team and client as per site requirement.

Understand the client requirement and accordingly take site decision.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: 3 + Years on GIS (with additional knowledge of transformer erection).

Qualification: BE / B. Tech Electrical

Skills :

Having knowledge on transformer IEC/IS Standards.

Should be having Complete knowledge related to transformer Unloading, erection, Oil filtration and testing activities.

IMS integrated system ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001 : 2015

Good Communication skills.
