Role & responsibilities :

• Review and Summary for Substation Tender Document/Specification
• Making overall tendering schedule for Substation EPC tender.
• Basic BOQ and Scope define to request quotation to vendors and sub-contractors.
• Coordination with Tendering design team or sub-contractors to make Basic design and BOQ
  for tendering
• Making Inquiry, receiving & clarification quotation and negotiation with sub-vendor and contractors
• Making proposal document (Overall project schedule, organization chart, technical data and drawing received from Vendors and other required document for Tender).
• Costing / budgetary for Substation EPC project

Supply Cost (Equipment), Transportation Cost, Service cost (Erection, testing, Civil works)

• Review tender result

Preferred candidate profile :

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Coordination with Design team, sub-vendors and sub-contractors for substation materials and works.
• Knowledge of Basic design and define BOQ for substation construction (Electrical, Civil and other works)
• Knowledge of equipment for substation.
