Senior Engineer - Operational Procurement Team

Role & responsibilities:

• Buyer role as an individual contributor in Operational Procurement
• Delivery Management Post ordering activities
• Material Planning & Scheduling
• Responsible for on-time delivery of the items/ materials/ components
• Managing both Domestic or Import (or both) post ordering Procurement activities
• Co-ordination with suppliers for all deliverables
• AP booking
• Handling Supplier's rejection
• Understanding of Procurement Process workflows
• Comply with purchasing policy and procedures
• Adhere to company ethics & integrity policy/guidelines
• Inventory Management following the laid down rules & norms
• KPIs achievement
• Suppliers account reconciliation
• Reconciliation of free issue material
• Recovery of COPQ
• Settlement of claims and disputes
• Required alignment to strategic direction set by senior team leaders/ management when
• establishing near-term goals
• Required to identify and assess complex problems & risks in the area of responsibility and timely
• escalation/ discloser
• Arranging MIS in various reports formats

Experience: 0 ~ 6 Years (fresh graduate/ diploma Engineer can be considered as GET)

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering/ Bachelor of Engineering
