Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services essential for our construction projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while collaborating closely with MEP teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to real estate projects.

Source and evaluate suppliers for MEP materials and services.

Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable conditions.

Collaborate with MEP engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics for ongoing projects.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and reports.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and components as they relate to real estate development.

Proven experience in procurement within the construction or real estate sector.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in procurement software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with real estate development processes and project management principles.

Understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
