Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to avoid material shortages.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and quantity compliance with purchase orders.
• Manage the storage, identification, and organization of materials to ensure easy retrieval and minimal damage.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Issue materials to production teams based on approved work orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for the dispatch of finished goods to customers or warehouses.
• Update and maintain records in the ERP system for all inventory movements.
• Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, material consumption, and discrepancies for management review.
• Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 25 years of experience in material management or store operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management.
• Strong understanding of material handling and storage practices.
• Knowledge of hardware manufacturing materials (e.g., brass, aluminum, steel, and zinc) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the manufacturing/export industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory optimization and cost-saving strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
