Job Description
- Daily Management of the overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value.
- Material order, follow up for Delivery and processing challans.
- Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values.
- Store management, Material inventory and day to day material management.
- Monitoring all activity of Raw material and Packing material.
- Received Raw & Packing material from Vendor, Physical Verification & GRN preparation.
- Co-ordination with production department for issue of raw & packing material as per production planning.
- To ensure Cleaning & housekeeping of the department & material safety.
- MIS for near expiry, non moving materials.
- Maintain and upgrade warehouse for audit and face GMP and safety audits.
- Monitoring of GMP related activities and records.
- Receipt and issuance of raw materials and packing materials as per respective SOP.
- To carry out physical verification of stock on monthly basis.
- To ensure maintenance of all records of receipt and issuance in SAP system.
