Officer/Executive - HR

1) Proficiency in SAP HANA Payroll Module

2) Ability to handle end to end payroll management of complete site.

3) Time Office Management.

4) Contractual Manpower Management and Hiring through contractors and self references and sources.

5) Duty allocation of Off Roll Manpower in Shifts.

6) HR SOP Management and Compliance.

7) Compliance to all Statutory Requirements / Legal Registers Etc.

8) Updation Of HR MIS Reports on a monthly basis

9) Filing of Statutory Returns as per prescribed timelines (LWF, Employment Exchange Etc).

10) Record keeping of On Roll/Contractual Manpower.

11) Hiring of New Joinees and preparing their F&F conducting exit interviews.

12) Handling of Administrative Tasks like facility management and vehicle deployment for official use.

13) Ability to face Audits in individual capacity and provide the required data for the same.

14) Ability to deal with govt offices and laison on behalf of organization.

15) The person should have a mindset of an individual contributor and accountability for his work.
