Position : HR Manager

Place: Malleswaram, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a human resource professional who will be responsible for driving HR-strategic initiatives by delivering impactful solutions through innovative HR Practices and primarily lead the hiring processes.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition such recruiting, onboarding, retaining talent.
• Overseeing & managing the recruitment process.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. Posting the job in various platforms).
• Screening the candidates resume and conducting stagewise interviews, assessments and skills tests.
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics.
• Extending offers, negotiating contracts and finalizing details.
• Managing the onboarding of new hires.
• Planning recruitments with department heads.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards including statutory compliances and labour laws.
• Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
• Overseeing and reviewing payroll payments and account reconciliations. Directing the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data.
• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Candidate requirements:

• Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Experience working in the construction industry.
• 10-15 years experience in human resources.
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software(Greythr)
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.
