JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process!
• To provide proactive advice and support to management regarding human resources policies and procedures within the organization.
• To oversee all probity checks for employees, including their education qualification, reference check, salary slips, etc.

• Assist in the development and delivery of appropriate staff induction training and refresher of new employees.
• Monitoring and maintaining all branches Attendance, Leaves, and overall staff wellbeing.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Process owner for all institutional policies including the code of conduct, POSH, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, & safe-call

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Qualification

• Minimum 7+ years’ recruiting experience for tele-callers.
• MBA in HR or PG in HR
• Good in communication

Place of work

• Chennai, but can be transferred to other places as per the need of the organisation.

Note:

• Age 30 years and above
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in recruitment of Tele-callers.
