Incumbant to function independently. Knowledge of Compliance with EPF, ESIC & other industrial laws.Attendance management, discipline, salary administration, hiring and exit formalities. Exposure to the Industrial Disputes Act.

Both a male or a female candidate, in the range of 32-45 with good personality with exposure in HR Management / HR Generalist. Position is of a head of the department, reportibility will be to Directors.
