Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Manpower Hiring:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract top technical talent for the industrial equipment sector.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles, including engineers, technicians, and other specialized positions.
    • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
  2. Payroll and Compliance Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Handle employee benefits, tax calculations, and other compensation-related aspects.
  3. Event Management:
    • Plan and execute corporate events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
    • Organize team-building events, seminars, and conferences.
  4. Rewards and Recognition:
    • Develop and manage employee rewards and recognition programs to boost morale and retain top talent.
    • Design performance appraisal systems and facilitate feedback sessions.
  5. Stakeholder and Delegate Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for managing foreign delegates during visits, including logistics, accommodation, and itineraries.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination to provide a seamless experience for international visitors.
  6. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage onboarding, training, performance reviews, and exit processes.
    • Maintain employee records and handle grievances effectively.
  7. HR Policies and Strategy:
    • Develop and update HR policies in alignment with company goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  8. Communication and Coordination:
    • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting policies, emails, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with various departments to address workforce requirements and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical recruitment and payroll management.
    • Proven experience in managing international delegates and corporate events.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll tools, and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience in the industrial equipment or capital goods sector.
