Civil Pre-Bid Design Engineer - Solar Ground Mounting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Review:
   • Analyse tender documents technically to identify civil design requirements for solar ground mounting projects.
   • Evaluate project specifications, technical requirements, and deliverables.
   • Prepare technical clarification / Deviation

1. Module Mounting Structure Design:

1. • Develop and optimize designs for module mounting structures (MMS) to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
   • Perform structural analysis and validate design integrity under various load conditions.

1. ICR and MCR Building Design:

1. • Design Integrated Control Room (ICR) and Main Control Room (MCR) buildings in accordance with project specifications.
   • Ensure designs meet all structural, functional, and aesthetic requirements.

1. Road and Drainage

• Check technical requirement and code in accordance with project specification

1. Coordination and Documentation:

1. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, for cohesive project execution.
   • Prepare detailed design reports, drawings, and documentation for submission.

1. Cost Optimization:

1. • Propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
   • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed designs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven experience in pre-bid civil design, particularly in solar ground-mounted projects.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Google earth , etc.).
  • Strong understanding of structural and civil standards and codes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of land analysis according to the solar project requirement
  • Analysis cutting / filling and dozing requirement

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for solar EPC projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
