Job Description

Design API, Non API centrifugal pumps as percustomer specification.

Provide technical support to sales team for pumpselections and General arrangement drawing.

Study the project specifications and preparingproject summary.

Scheduling documents submission.

Preparing purchase requisition she et for boughtout parts and getting document on time from sub vendors.

Review the drawing and document beforesubmission and after customer comment.

Getting document approval from customer withinproject timeline.

Leading the regular meeting with customer andcolleagues.

Leading technical training to new joiner.

Requirements

More than 7 years of experience working at a pump company

Experience working at a global pump manufacturer required.

Understanding API610 and API682

A person with extensive experience in understanding and writing customer approval documents

Experienced in leading overseas projects

A Person who are fluent in English and good at communication.

A person who has experience as a leader and can solve problems and come up with alternatives.

Ability to use AUTOCAD, MS EXCEL, and MS WORD required.

System are made to ease the process. But here SAP system is at its worst. Customised SAP which is of no use. Losing company credentials because of poor Vendor management. Process time is for any particular work is not defined, and no responsibility or ownership. Time to taken to complete a job is like government company which takes too much time irrespective of work size.
