Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Very Little exposure to new tools such as confluence, lucid chart etc.

Dislikes

There is no job security. They will not give a single penny during the training period even after getting the work. Zero training sessions are conducted by them. They just give you the work and you have to do it on your own. At the end of training period they will say company is short on funds and can not hire you for full time position, if you want to continue the training period without any salary or stipend you can. It is such a waste because there will be no skills gained and no salary/stipend earned at the end....Read More
