Got the required exposure and opportunity to learn my job related skills. Team members were understanding and easy to work with as per my experience.

Poor work-life balance. Had to work late into the night on most days. Not much attention is given to employee satisfaction and thus the retention rate is low. Poor appraisal policy. Too much pressure and monitoring by the top management.

If you are lucky and dont end up working for a client it is a good place to be in.

If you are unlucky you will be sent to a client. I was sent to in10Media (You can google the reviews). One of the worst working experience I had.
