1st thing I don't like about this company is its management. The backend people are not at all supportive of the Site Managers, they just leave them on their own. Salaries are not on time, there is no overtime payment at all. if you are working for a double shift also they will not recognize. The company is full of politics, if you are not favorite to your site head or area manager then it's going to be a tough time. As a site manager if you are providing any suggestions for the site that is totally going into waste. they don't bother how you are managing the site and how many bad words you are listening because of the bad app....Read More

It’s very advantage for hotel background students who wanted to know more into cafeteria operations and how food industry works. I didn’t get any support, Since I have resigned bcz it’s common once we exit organisation.

As mentioned in the aspects I didn’t see any compensation/benefits & also career growth. I believe that company gives its best to their employees, but ppl misuse their position by involving politics which impacts others career.

Free food. It has a pretty relaxed work culture, but it depends on your manager. Bangalore has a more relaxed culture compared to other cities.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper hierarchy or structure, very low & delayed increments/salary hike. Nothing is fixed, same role & same experience, two different candidates will get extremely different salaries. Avoid this company, work only if you have no other option or are looking for a relaxed company with hardly any learning or growth.
