It’s very advantage for hotel background students who wanted to know more into cafeteria operations and how food industry works. I didn’t get any support, Since I have resigned bcz it’s common once we exit organisation.

Dislikes

As mentioned in the aspects I didn’t see any compensation/benefits & also career growth. I believe that company gives its best to their employees, but ppl misuse their position by involving politics which impacts others career.

Work Details

Since it started very new in Hyderabad location I used to work almost 12hrs a day, but later 9 hrs. It will be challenging but was good on field.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . Company policies are good .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting . I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with the different team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
