No work life balance , No Good Salary, Compensation is odd and not fairly distributed , promotion not given fairly . They will hire juniors freshers and pay them more than a seniors , when seniors ask about the same they simply refuse to compensate , same juniors will work under those senior for more salary and in less salary you have to deliver more than them. Most of the Higher Management has not worked in any other companies other than Huawei. So they don’t know work culture and follow illogical theory of nobody should be free for self development. Too many illogical processes and tasks are created without having any fruitfull output. Focus is on quantity not on quality.
