No work life balance , No Good Salary, Compensation is odd and not fairly distributed , promotion not given fairly . They will hire juniors freshers and pay them more than a seniors , when seniors ask about the same they simply refuse to compensate , same juniors will work under those senior for more salary and in less salary you have to deliver more than them.
