- Work Life Balance. - Too much work pressure. - Multiple project assignments. - Annoying HR Department: On each 2nd day HR team will come to your desk and will ask you what are company Ethics and Compliance Policy, If you not able to answer then they will look at you like you committed some insane crime. - You have to work minimum 14 hrs a day to make your TL/PM happy.
