Company HR policies are good and they follow in Indian laws and regulations.

Dislikes

There is no classroom training. You have to study all things by yourself. Appraisal is done twice a year and and 10% people are mandatory to be given C rating. This means they will have to leave the organization. While giving promotion and bonuses management prefer their own people. Chinees culture is not like European culture. They expect you to work 24x7.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
