They conduct appraisal after every 6 months but monitor their performance each month based on the task assigned to each individual which helps employees to be productive always. If any problem at home, they allow leave for a day or two or for a week and at the same moment the teammates will handle the work load, that shows the bond between them. my work is on data analysis on different dataset of various verticals. Also, being a BDM, I have to do client liaison.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
