It's good for beginner not for experienced candidates

If their project is completed then they don't have anything for you they simply force you to do resign by removing all over benefits n appraisal n all just before the month of hike instead of hike they will handover resignation and one more thing they will easily hire you as well n easily kick you back without any valid reason. So I'll suggest you to don't join here you can opt for another small scale company it will benefits for you you don't gets any benefits here. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
