Hike won't be more. The performance or work may not reflect in your pay performance or recognition and this is the reason majority of people leaving organization. Few departments have strict requirement to do minimum 2 external certification or internal Certifications in a performance year.

Work Details

Overall it was great experience till 2014 or 2015 but recently the organization is almost like a service based firm and not product based. The work culture, people hierarchy or pay everything got changed. The company will perform layoffs once in two years
